Mission 

The purpose of the Chicano Democratic Association (CDA) is to foster democratic ideals among all San Diego residents, especially Chicanos, Hispanics, Latinos, by stimulating interest in the Democratic Party to support the party platform; contribute to party leadership; organize to politically empower Chicanos, Hispanics, and Latinos communities; and to promote full political participation of said communities and its members on issues identified by the organization.
